It’s as simple as completing a credit card authorisation form, or two if you wish for your accommodation to be split from extras such as any drink purchases.

We know you are busy and on a work trip time can be of the essence. To make your stay with us as easy as possible, we are happy to do a small grocery shop of certain items and place in your room on the day of your arrival. This will be charged to the credit card on file.

If you are staying with us on a weekly or fortnightly basis we are happy to make arrangements with you to store your luggage and non-perishable items such as cooking supplies and personal hygiene products, and place in your room on the day of your return.

Early check-ins, late checkouts

Check in time is 1400hrs (2:00pm) AEST. Early check in may be available depending on availability, however cannot be guaranteed. Should your room be ready for check-in prior to 1400hrs we will gladly check you in. Checkout time is 10:00am, we are happy to extend it free of charge until 12 noon. Should you need the room after this time, where possible, we are happy to extend the room until 2pm.

We know you sometimes have to work after hours back at the hotel, so there is a work desk or space in every room to make it easier for you.
